He was very knowledge and saved us from a disaster in which we were told a wall could be removed by a structural engineer, when in fact it was load bearing so it couldn’t be removed. He caught their negligent error immediately which we are extremely grateful for! We also got to meet anfle work with Tyler, and he was also wonderful. I used Elite to help with my kitchen remodel and they did a great job installing my cabinets and crown moulding, and expanding the doorway to my kitchen. Elite Property Innovations is amazing. I am a facilities supervisor and counted on Elite to install windows in a larger project. We needed someone who was fast and capable- and they definitely delivered. The start time for the job got pushed back and they worked with us to make it happen- they finished in one day and left the job site immaculate. During the project, Jake called to give a progress update and then discuss options on some work that surpassed the original scope. Incredible. The communication they gave was clear and accurate and sent pictures updating progress as well. This company is operated by a true professional craftsman and I trust them entirely.

We are so pleased with the work Jacob did on our master bathroom renovation. The quality is top-notch, high-end craftsmanship, and the finished project is absolutely amazing.
It all started as an emergency — our shower leaked through the wall and into the garage. We decided to take this unexpected situation as an opportunity to turn our dream bathroom into a reality, and we immediately reached out to the (then) stranger down the street. We got on the schedule soon after.
